StudyFar was born out of a simple frustration: why does getting expert guidance on studying abroad cost ₹1–3 lakhs — when the same information could be delivered better, faster, and for free using technology?
The problem we are solving
Every year, over 13 lakh Indian students go abroad to study. Most of them pay ₹50,000 to ₹3,00,000 to consultancies for services that range from mediocre to outright misleading — wrong university suggestions, missed deadlines, incorrect visa advice.
The students who can afford the best consultancies get into the best programs. The rest get whatever is cheapest — or try to navigate it alone. This is a solvable problem.
StudyFar uses AI to match students to programs they are genuinely eligible for, tracks visa timelines, stores documents securely, connects students to verified counselors at transparent pricing, and builds community so no student has to figure this out alone.
The best guidance should not depend on how much your parents can afford. That is our founding belief and everything we build flows from it.
